The Zoom webinar, The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald: Ship, Storm, and Song, presented by Dr. Steve Ackerman of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, was recorded and is available for viewing here. The webinar, which was hosted by the Poy Sippi Public Library, was attended by 184 people across the country - and even by one person in the UK. It was part of the Badger Talks made available by the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
About 50 children and adults attended the Pictures with Santa event Dec. 11 at the Poy Sippi Public Library. Everyone had a great time chatting with Santa and partaking of some delicious refreshments. The festivities were held in conjunction with the Waushara Area Chamber of Commerce's annual Winter Wonderland event.
