The library collection includes hardcover and paper back fiction and nonfiction. We have DVDs, videos, and compact discs.. The reference collection has encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases, and other helpful tools. Special collections include Large Print books and Audio Books. Beyond the Library's own holdings in these two areas, we rotate books from Winnefox Library System regularly. The Library also has titles about local and state history.
Free Internet access is available. Please ask at the library desk for details. Use of the Internet is on a first come-first served basis. Sign up for 30 minute segments. Users must read and sign the Internet policy before using the computer. Children less than 13 years of age must have an adult beside them when using the Internet. If the Poy Sippi Public Library does not own the material you need, ask and we will borrow it from another library in the Winnefox Library System. If an item is not available within the system, we can borrow the material from other libraries throughout Wisconsin and beyond. Items placed on hold come in much faster with the strength of 30 Winnefox libraries behind them. If the item you want is not on the shelf, you may place it on hold. It's easy, you can request items by visiting our website, using the catalog computer in our library, or asking one of the staff to place the hold for you. You will be notified by telephone when your library materials are available.
